可膨胀管技术及其应用

可膨胀管技术就是将管柱下入井底,用驱动头以液力或机械的方法使管材永久变形,从而达到增大采油管柱或井眼内径的目的。可膨胀管包括可膨胀式割缝管和可膨胀式实体管 2种。它们可应用于钻井、完井及采油、修井等作业全过程,被认为是 2 1世纪石油钻采行业的核心技术之一,该项技术的几个应用领域在国外均投入到工业实施。文中介绍了可膨胀管技术的膨胀机理、优点及其应用。

This technology involves running the special expansion pipe string into the hole, and a kind of drive head is used to produce permanent deformation and expansion by either hydraulic or mechanic method, thus effectively enlarge the internal diameter size of tubing or casing. This technology can be used in drilling, completion, production and workover operations. Taken as one of the core technologies in petroleum industry in 21st century, its commercial applications in some conditions have begun abroad. There are two types of expansion pipes, slotted pipe and entity pipe. This paper describes the structure, mechanism, advantages and field applications of this technology.
