摘要
根据渗流力学理论、非牛顿流体力学理论、采油工艺原理和节点系统分析方法等知识,对聚驱电泵井生产系统中流体运动规律做了较为全面的论述和分析。运用VisualBasic 5.0语言,编制了电泵井生产系统节点分析软件。该软件操作简单、界面友好、可视化程度较高;并对大庆采油六厂 11口聚驱电泵井生产数据进行验证和分析,计算的井底压力与实测井底压力相比,最大相对误差为 13.1%,平均相对误差为 5.3%,这表明导出的含聚采出液井筒压力计算方法理论上是正确的,满足工程计算要求。同时对这些井进行了敏感参数分析,敏感参数有下泵深度、井口油压、含水率、气油比、级数、油管直径、变频频率等,给出了提高油井产量的途径。
Abstract
According to the seepage flow mechanics theory, non-Newton fluid mechanics theory, production technology theory and nodal system analysis theory, a full description, analysis, derivation to the fluid’s flow behavior of the production system of electric submersible pump well with polymer flooding was made. Using Visual Basic 5.0 language, a software of it was developed. With a good interface and high visual degree, the software is manipulated simply. It was used to test and analysis the production data of 11 electric submersible pump wells in 6th production factory of Daqing Oilfield. In compare with the calculated and tested bottom-hole flow pressure, the maximum relative error rate is 13.1%, the average relative error rate is 5.3%.
