摘要
研制的抗高温油包水钻井液实现了抗高温220℃,其抗高温乳化剂复配后具有优异的乳化稳定性,用它在现场成功地将原抗温180℃的油包水钻井液改造成抗高温220℃的钻井液,在葡深1井四开下部(4590~5500 m)井段应用,圆满地解决了160 d钻井和测井施工的高温稳定性、悬浮性、携屑性、滤失性问题。施工期间50多次起下钻具和测试仪器,都能下到井底,无阻卡显示。解决了松辽盆地深层钻井的钻井液抗高温技术问题。
Abstract
A kind of high temperature resistible emulsifying agent is successfully used to improve the temperature resistance of water-in-oil drilling fluid, from 180℃~220℃. The modified drilling fluid is used in the 4590~5000m interval of Pushen-1, and it shows its advantages over the high temperature stability, suspension, and cutting transportation and filtrate control abilities. During the 160 days of drilling and logging in high temperature environment, more than 50 trips and instruments running were smoothly conducted. The drilling fluid is a good alternative in drilling the high temperature deep wells in Songliao Basin.
