RESEARCH AND PRACTICE OF THE CEMENT SLURRY FOR RESERVOIR PROTECTION
摘要
针对吐哈油田的储层特征和固井特点,研究了水泥浆对储层的损害机理,并结合各种井优质固井对水泥浆性能的要求,优选出了保护油气层的水泥外加剂,分别是以高分子材料为主复配而成的降失水剂、以磺化醛酮缩聚物为主的分散剂、以铝粉为主复配而成的防气窜剂,另外还有液体缓凝剂等,并确定了适应各种井的水泥浆配方。实践证明,这些配方性能优良,失水量低,防窜效果好,固井质量高,能减少对油气层的损害。
Abstract
Based on the reservoir characteristics and the damaging mechanisms of the cement slurry to reservoir, and in combination with the cementing features of different wells and their requirements on cement slurry performance, cement additives are optimized for reservoir protection. These are fluid loss additive mainly contains macromolecule material, dispersant composed of polycondensated sulfides, anti-gas channeling agent of fine aluminum, and fluid retardant, etc. The cement slurry formulations for different wells are determined the refore. The optimized cement slurry systems greatly improve the cementing quality and minimize the formation damage.
