摘要
在油田开发中,不论是钻井、采油还是井下作业,油层污染问题引起了人们的普遍重视,特别是在非均质低渗透砂岩油田开发的中后期,由于地层压力大幅度下降,在油井热洗清蜡过程中,热洗液灌入油层,造成油层污染,降低油井的产能,目前矿场采用的防止热洗液污染油层的机械方法无法进行油藏监测。组合式多功能采油工艺管柱是集采油、油藏保护、油藏监测为一体的多功能采油工艺设备,它不仅在油井生产中解决了热洗液污染油层的问题,同时还能使油井的产液剖面、地层压力、含水等地下参数得到及时有效地监测,具有不增加原有工作量、操作简单、安全可靠等特点。
Abstract
It’s noticeable that reservoir has been polluted in the course of well drilling, production and down-hole servicing in oil field development. The multifunctional packaged tubing string for oil production technology introduced in this paper is the multifunctional device integration of oil production, reservoir protection and monitoring. It can not only solve such problems arose in well production as hot liquid decreasing reservoir pollution., but also monitor under ground parameters effectively such as liquid-producing profile, formation pressure and water cut etc.. This tubing string is being operated simply and safely.
