注水开发油田二次孔道的最佳封堵用量和最佳封堵工艺研究

THE STUDY ON THE OPTIMUM PLUGGING QUANTITY AND PROCESS OF SECONDARY CHANNEL IN WATER FLOODING OILFIELD

采用平板模型的流动试验方法,研究了二次孔道封堵的最佳用量和最佳工艺。从最佳封堵用量研究得出:堵剂用量越大,高渗带封堵得越彻底,因此波及系数越大,原油采收率越高。考虑到经济效益,最适宜的堵剂用量为高渗带孔隙体积的15%。从最佳封堵工艺研究得到分多次注入堵剂比一次注入同量堵剂提高原油采收率的效果好,其规律说明分多次注入堵剂对液流方向的改变比一次注入效果更明显,使波及系数有更大的提高,从而更大程度地提高了原油采收率。
This paper makes a study on the optimum plugging time and the optimum plugging site of secondary channel through the adoption of the flow experiment of place models. Study on optimum plugging quantity proves that the more plugging agent used, the more complete plugging of high permeable formations, and thus higher sweep efficiency and recovery. With economic factors taken into account, the appropriate amount of plugging agent is about 15% of the pore volume of high permeable formations. Study on optimum plugging process testifies that multiple injection of plugging agent is better than the single injection does, and thus improve the sweep efficiency, and ultimately greatly increase the oil recovery.
