针对胜坨油田坨七断块在进行注SMD溶胶三次采油试验中出现的注入胶沿地层高渗透条带或大孔道窜进的问题,开发研制出一种高强度封窜剂,该封窜剂以烧制矿物粉为主要原料,属无机凝结类堵剂,注入地层前为悬浮浆液,在地层温度条件下,经一定时间反应生成高强度凝结体,可以达到封堵地层高渗透条带或大孔道的目的。现场通过4口井的试验,见到了良好的效果。
A high strength plugging agent was developed according to the injection sol breakthrough along high permeability formation or bigger hole in the testing of SMD sol in T-7 block in Shengli Oilfield. The plugging agent is inorganic gel agent mainly made from fire mineral powder. It is suspend serum before flooding into formation. Under the temperature of formation, it could production high intensity gel after a certainty time, so it can plug the high permeability formation or bigger hole. The better effect was gained after 4 wells’ field test.
