钻井液脉冲信号的传输特性分析

井眼轨迹自动控制技术是当前国内外钻井技术领域的研究热点,其技术关键是地面与井下的信息通信问题。钻井液脉冲作为这种信息通信的一种有效方式,越来越受到人们的重视和青睐。但是,目前对钻井液脉冲传输特性的研究多是以试验为手段进行产品开发,而对其传输机理的研究甚少。根据钻井工艺技术的具体特点,建立了钻井液脉冲信号传输系统的数学模型,并给出了求解方法。最后,通过实例分析了钻井液脉冲信号的传输特性。研究的结果对现有钻井液脉冲信号传输系统的改进以及新系统的开发都具有参考价值。
Communication between surface and bottom hole is the key technology for automatic control of well trajectory, which is one of the main focuses in drilling engineering at home and abroad. As an effective means of signal transmission, drilling fluid pulse becomes more and more popular, yet little study has been done on its transmission mechanism. This paper presents a mathematical model for the transmission system of drilling fluid pulse signal, with its solution met hod and examples also given. The study is beneficial for the improvement of available transmission system, and the development of new system as well.
