针对塔河1号油田复杂的地质特点,优化井身结构设计,优选钻井液体系,利用SST有线和MWD无线随钻监测井眼轨迹,合理利用配套的水平井钻井技术,安全快速成功地施工了当量井深达6023m的TK108H中曲率水平井。在本次钻井中,首次在塔北地区选用F320-3DH型钻机,开创了国内F320-3DH型(6000m)钻机施工深井水平井的先例。
Well TK-108H is a medium radius horizontal well successfully drilled in Tahe No.1 oilfield, with a total measured depth of 6023m. Field drilling is restricted because of the complicated geological condition and poor drilling equipment. Proper horizontal drilling technology is applied in this well, e.g., casing program optimization, precise well trajectory control using SST and MWD tools, selection of suitable drilling fluid systems, and right cementing technology, etc. At the same time, this is the first time to use Model F320-3DH rig for drilling deep well in China to date.
