APPLICATION OF TESTING FRACTURING IN CHANGQING OILFIELD

测试压裂可有效地确定在特定地层条件下的岩石力学参数,验证固井质量的好坏,与优质压裂液相结合,可有效地控制缝高,对整装区块进行测试压裂,可提高压裂作业的成功率,并能用于确定压裂的施工排量、规模及参数优化。长庆油田应用小型测试压裂技术,获得油井的破裂压力、闭合压力、闭合时间、压裂液的滤失系数等参数,并配合井温测井,确定地层在最大排量条件下的裂缝高度、区块的压裂模式。测试压裂为靖安油田的压裂优化设计提供依据,提高了安塞油田的重复改造成功率。
Testing fracturing can validly define rock mechanics parameters in given formation condition. The technology of fracture high testing can verify the quality of cement. The testing fracture used in monoblock can determine the parameters of fracturing such as construction discharge capacity, scale and parameter optimization. The smaller testing fracturing was used in Changqing Oilfield, and the well parameters were achieved such as fracture pressure, closure stress and time, filter loss coefficient etc. Matching with temperature log, it can determine the fracture high, and the fracture mode of block under the maximum discharge capacity. The basis of fracture optimization design was provided for Jing’an Oilfield by testing fracture and it also improved successful rate in refracturing in Ansai Oilfield.
