大位移井钻井技术在渤海QK17-2油田开发中的应用

APPLICATION OF EXTENDED REACH DRILLING TECHNOLOGY IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF BOHAI QK17-2 OILFIELD

总结了国家863-820-09-01课题,海底大位移先导实验井渤海QK17-2地区4口大位移井钻井作业的经验,该项目在西区平台往东区钻4口大位移井,平均井深4551m,平均垂深2008m,平均水平位移3668m,平均井斜86°,平均水垂比1.83(最大为1.94)。该项目在渤海首次采用大位移井开发周边油田、大位移水平井技术批量钻开发井、水平井裸眼砾石充填完井、大斜度井水平井注水泥固井、松软地层大井斜及大井眼造斜及井眼轨迹控制、水基钻井液井壁稳定及井眼净化套管漂浮下入、水平井及大斜度套管磨损保护、MWD/LWD测量、扭矩摩阻计算及预测等10大技术,在此基础上,指出存在的问题及今后努力的方向,这对于渤海今后应用大位移钻井技术开发油田具有更加广泛的指导和借鉴意义。
Extended reach drilling is an advanced technology mainly used in offshore. In the development of Bohai QK17-2 Oilfield, four extended reach wells are successfully drilled in the eastern district from the platform located in the western. The average TD and VD reaches 4551m and 2008m respectively, and the average horizontal displacement is 3668m, with average hole deviation of 86° and horizontal depth to vertical depth ratio of 1.83. It is the first time to use extended reach drilling technology to drill more than one well in Bohai Bay. A series of advanced technologies are applied, e.g., horizontal open hole gravel packing, cementing technology for horizontal and highly deviated well, whipstocking in upper loose and soft formation, precise well trajectory control, wellbore stability and hole cleaning in water base drilling fluid, casing floating, casing wearing protection, MWD/LWD measurement, torque and friction prediction programs, etc. Troubles experienced are also discussed, such as drilling off the original hole and pipe sticking.
