低产能油井(层)闭式配套开采管柱的研究与应用

针对低产能油藏(层)存在的供液能力差、油井无法正常生产的问题,根据开采低产能油井(层)的理论,研制了闭式配套管柱及各种配套工具。指出问题的关键在于根据产液性质、产量和地层性质等参数,优化尾管直径并实现闭式状态,保证流压、管柱直径与产量之间达到协调统一,实现供排平衡。通过现场应用证明:该闭式配套管柱可验证闭式管柱结构的密封性,从而保证了该配套管柱可减少流体通过尾管的压力损失、提高入泵液速度,提高油井产量。实践证明:闭式配套管柱具有增压差、清洗解堵、防止油层污染、防油井倒灌、防油管漏失等功能。
Armed at the lower productivity well that could not produce regularly, the closed pipe string and its matching tools were developed according to the theory of exploitation. The chief problem of it is how to ensure the coordinate and integrate among flowing pressure, pipe string diameter and production on the basis of formation parameter, producing liquid quantity and quality. Field testing proved, the closed pipe string has several function that include increasing differential pressure, flushing and plug removal, formation damage prevention, prevention oil well counter-pour and tubing losing. So it can improve production.
