介绍了一种自动化控制的柱塞举升系统,并介绍了其工作原理和系统组成,给出了工艺的使用范围,着重阐述了动态模型。该系统利用较为合理的动态模型,将举升方案程序输入控制器,实现了自动化控制,提高了以往柱塞举升系统的效果。与其它人工举升方法比较,该系统不仅具有投资少、操作费用合理的特点,还可有效地消除油管内蜡、地层盐或垢物的集结。
This paper introduced the principle and composition of the system of automatic control plunger lift. The using limits of the technology were given and the performance model was explained emphatically. Using proper performance model, the system of automatic control was accomplished by putting the lift project into control equipment, so the plunger lift effect was promoted. Compared with others artificial lift method, the system can validly remove wax, formation salt and scale in oil tubing with lower equipment investment and lower operation cost.
