应用在出砂油井上的长柱塞式防砂泵,具有长柱塞短泵筒与环空沉砂相结合的独特结构,还具有防砂卡、防砂埋、防砂磨等功能,能有效地延长油井免修期。现场700多井次的应用表明,该泵使用寿命和油井生产周期较常规泵延长2倍以上,而且还扶起了一批长期停产井,为出砂油井提供了一种可靠的新的采油设备和技术。

The long plunger sand control pump application in sand production oil well possess unique structure which combining the long plunger, short pump barrel and setting sand in annular together. It has three more function include preventing sand sticking, preventing sand bury and preventing sand wear, which can prolong oil well production period effectively. The using life and the production period of the pump are two times longer than convention pump after has been used in 700 wells. The pump has made a hatch of long times stopping well began to produce. So, new oil producing equipment and technology is provided for the sand production well.
