侧钻中短半径水平井钻井技术是国家"九五"期间的攻关研究项目。螺杆钻具是其中的一项关键技术,其主要目的是研制满足侧钻中短半径水平井需要的小尺寸高造斜率的弯外壳螺杆钻具。文中从双弯与单弯螺杆钻具的结构等效关系等多方面进行了探讨,根据油田需要设计和制造了5LZ95×7.0同体双弯螺杆钻具,在油田得到了现场验证,受到了使用单位的好评,为我国水平井钻井技术增添了一种新型实用工具。
Screw drill tool consists one of the crucial parts in the program of Short to Medium Radius Horizontal Well Sidetracking Technology, which lists in the national "Ninth-five-year" plan. Small size bent housing screw drill with high build rate must be developed to meet the requirements of sidetracking the short to medium radius horizontal well. This paper evaluates the advantages and disadvantages between the double bent housing and single bent housing screw drills from many aspects, e.g., the structure equivalent correlation. A model 5LZ95×7.0 integrate double bent housing screw drill has been designed and tested on site, and it proves to be a practical and effective new tool for horizontal drilling.
