A NEW METHOD FOR PREDICTING THE DEFLECTING CAPACITY OF BOTTOM HOLE ASSEMBLY

预测下部钻具组合(BHA)的造斜能力对准确控制井眼轨迹十分重要。在现有BHA造斜能力预测方法的基础上,探讨了一种更能为现场广泛应用的新型预测方法。通过确定一个区块不同地层中的稳斜钻具组合,可以求得该地层中特定条件下的平衡侧向力。以此为基础,可以确定给定BHA的造斜能力。结果表明,这种方法既考虑了井眼轨迹、施工参数的影响,也能很好的考虑地层参数的影响。文中利用长庆油田某区块上的资料,给出了这种方法的计算实例。
Accurate prediction of BHA deflecting capacity is very important for precise well trajectory control. This paper presents a new and practical predicting method based on the conventional one. This method involves the identifying of the equalizing lateral force in a formation under certain conditions, by determining the specific angle-holding BHAs in different formations in the same block, and it takes such influencing factors as hole trajectory, drilling parameters, as well as formation parameters into consideration. Example calculation using the data from a certain block in Changqing Oilfield is conducted.
