乌深1井是大港油田有史以来乃至东部油田最深,且具有科学探索性质的深探井,设计井深6000 m。由于井深、地质情况复杂、地温梯度高、钻井施工难度大,通过施工人员的努力,乌深1井历经393d钻至井深5852 m,创造了全国陆上油田?311 mm井眼最深和?244.5mm套管一次下入最深的记录。介绍了优化井身结构设计和钻井施工中在大尺寸井眼钻进、钻具和套管保护、?244.5mm套管下入和固井、钻井液工艺技术以及欠平衡钻进技术等。
Well Wushen-1 is an important deep exploratory well drilled in Dagang Oilfield, with its designed total depth (TD) at 6000m and actually drilled to TD at 5852m in 393 days. It’s the deepest well of onshore oil field in east China, and its drilling is very difficult due to the complicated geological conditions and high geothermal gradients. This well sets two records of onshore oil field in China, i.e., the deepest 311mm diameter hole and the longest running depth of 244.5mm casing. The paper describes the key technologies for casing program optimization, large hole drilling, drill pipe and casing protection, running the 244.5mm casing, under-balanced drilling, cementing and drilling fluid technologies, etc.
