针对大庆油田的地质特点,为满足高密度钻井液润滑的需要,将润滑理论与钻井实际情况相结合,提出了引入活性元素改善润滑剂在钻具表面的吸附特性,并适当提高分子量以提高润滑剂的润滑效率。用极压润滑仪测定,该润滑剂密度在1.03~1.7g/cm3范围内可使钻井液的润滑系数保持在0.15以下,在钾铵、两性离子等体系中都不影响钻井液的其它性能。同时该润滑剂利用了植物油副产品及其衍生物,不仅降低了生产成本,而且符合环保要求。RF润滑剂具有作用时间长、作用效率高的特点,在大庆油田2口侧钻水平井和62口小
A new drilling fluid lubricant, namely RF is developed for using in the heavy weight mud in Daqing Oilfield. It incorporates the using of active element to improve its absorption on drill pipe surface, and raising the molecular weight to a suitable level. Measurement with the Extra Pressure (EP) Lubrication Tester shows that it can hold the lubrication factor of drilling fluid under 0.15 in the density range of 1.03~1.7g/cm3, and it does no harm on drilling fluid performance in conventional systems. It uses the vegetable oil byproducts and its derivatives as raw material; this reduces the cost and is environmentally safe. Its additional advantages are longer service span and higher efficiency. Field usage in 2 horizontal wells and 62 slim holes in Daqing Oilfield are successful.
