摘要
从满足聚驱封堵工艺所要求的承压高、寿命长、封得住、解得开的实际出发,论述了聚驱层系上、下返封堵工艺原理,技术配套和试验应用情况。在总结室内及现场试验效果的基础上,认为该技术可满足薄层、大跨距层段的封堵要求;既适于聚合物驱,也适于复合驱;既可用于上返,也可用于下返;是目前聚驱层系封堵工艺技术最可靠的措施之一,具有广阔推广应用前景。
Abstract
In fact, the polymer drive and plugging technology requires down hole tools with high working pressure, long working life and easy to set and release. From this view, the paper describes a technical principle, field test and improvement of separated zonal formation polymer drive combined with mechanical plugging. Based on summarization of the lab and field test result, it is believed that the technology can meet the plugging need of thinner formations with large intervals. It fits the need of both polymer drive and compound drive. It can be used to drive upper layer section by plugging lower layer section or to drive lower layer section by plugging upper layer section. At present, it is one of the most reliable technologies in the scope of zonal polymer drive section change by mechanical plugging.
