摘要
在间抽试验的基础上,系统研究了抽油机井在间抽过程中泵抽产量、沉没度以及液面恢复时沉没度随时间的变化特点。根据泵抽过程中流压变化与电容器放电过程中电压变化的相似性,确立了抽油机井间抽过程中流压变化的数学模型,进而根据该数学模型及沃格尔方程,导出了间抽过程中地层渗流方程,根据以上方程,通过在坐标系中做图的方法,确定出了抽油机井的合理间抽区间,并给出了确定合理间抽制度的系统方法。根据以上系统分析,取得了对间抽的几点认识。
Abstract
Based on the intermittent pumping test, this paper systematically studies the variation of the output, the pump submergence depth and the variation of the submersible depth with time while fluid level recovered of the oil pumping well in the course of the intermittent pumping. Based on the comparability between the change of flow pressure during pumping and the change of voltage during discharge of capacity, this paper establishes the mathematical model of the flow pressure change of pumping well during intermittent pumping. Furthermore, based on the model and Vogel’s equation, the equation of formation seepage in the course of intermittent pumping is educed. Based on the above equations, by means of the method of drawing on the plotting paper, this paper determines the reasonable intermittent pumping interval of the pumping well, and presents the systematic method for determining the reasonable intermittent pumping system.
