摘要
增效射孔是指通过一次性射孔,使目的层能达到完善或超完善状态,即通过一次性射孔就能够完全消除油层在钻井、完井和射孔过程中受到的油层伤害。三相流高能复合射孔压裂技术是在两相流复合射孔技术的基础上发展起来的,该工艺是把聚能弹射孔(89弹)和可控固体推进剂与加砂压裂结合为一体,射孔、压裂和加砂一体完成,使压裂井的完善程度和完善率达到最高的增效射孔技术。从实施效果对比看,三相流射孔技术对不同物性和埋藏深度不同的油气层都有较广泛的适应性和推广应用价值,是油气层解堵改造又一新的工艺技术。
Abstract
The extended perforation means that perfect or super-perfect status can be achieved for the target zone through one-off perforation, that is, the reservoir damage resulted from the drilling, completion and perforation can be eliminated thoroughly through one-off perforation. The three phase flow complex high energy perforation and fracturing technique is the one developed on the basis of two phase flow complex perforation technique. It combines the shaped charge perforation (89 shots), the controllable solid propelling agent and the sand fracturing together, and thus increases greatly the flow degree and rate of the fractured wells. Field application indicates that this technique possesses extensive suitability for the oil and gas reservoirs with different physical property and burial depth. It is worth of popularizing and is another new technology for plug removal of oil and gas reservoirs.
