摘要
利用计算机对油井的地质资料及生产数据综合处理,作出相应变量间的函数关系曲线,通过曲线模拟,找出相应变量间的函数关系,由此计算螺杆泵地面驱动总扭矩、举升产液总压降及所需螺杆泵的公称排量,并对现有螺杆泵各项参数综合分析,优选出螺杆果最优泵型。现场应用证明:螺杆泵优选软件对提高螺杆泵井作业一次成功率、延长螺杆泵运转周期、提高油井产能及节能降耗等方面都具有重大意义。
Abstract
Use the computer to conduct integrated processing to the geologic data and production data of the oil wells, and then draw the functional relation curve of the corresponding variables. Through curve analog, find out the functional relation among the corresponding variables, use it to calculate the surface-drive total torque, the total pressure drop of liquid production and the necessary nominal discharge capacity of the screw pump. Comprehensively analyze the parameters of the existing screw pump. Finally select the optimum type of screw pump. Field application indicates that the software for optimizing the screw pump is significant for improving the successful rate of screw pump well service, extending the running period of the screw pump, enhancing the oil wells’ productivity, saving energy, reducing consumption and so on.
