进口大尺寸?444.5mm钻头在两口科探井中的应用

摘要

高科1井和五科1井是中国石油天然气集团公司在四川省境内施工的两口科探井,设计井深分别为5400m和5900m。为了提高?444.5mm井段的钻进速度、缩短钻井周期,分别从瑞德、休斯、斯密斯公司引进了大尺寸?444.5mm钻头。两口井在?444.5mm井段共使用引进钻头25只(其中瑞德EMS系列三牙轮钻头6只,休斯MAX系列三牙轮钻头5只,斯密斯的15M、20M及4JCS三种钻头14只),国产钻头15只。施工中与国产大尺寸?444.5mm钻头进行了各项技术指标的对比,结果表明:钻头进尺、机械钻速、纯钻时间、钻头费用等技术指标均优于国产钻头,收到了较好的使用效果。

Abstract

Well Gaoke-1 and Well Wuke-1,with designed depths of 5400m and 5900m respectively,are CNPC’s two scientific investigation wells in Sichuan Province.Some large size bits of 444.5mm were imported from Reed,Hughes and Smith companies respectively to increase the drilling speed of the 444.5mm interval and shorten the drilling cycle.25 imported bits(6 Reed’s EMS roller bits,5 Hughes’ MAX roller bits and 14 Smith’s 15M,20M and 4JCS roller bits) and 15 home-made bits were used in the ?444.5mm interval of these two wells.In comparison with the home-made ?444.5mm bits,the imported bits are better in the technical indexe of penetration rate,net drilling time and bit cost.
