摘要

文中简要介绍了两种特殊的水平井动力钻具,即BWSLZ165型地面可调弯外壳螺杆钻具和带有稳流阀的中空转子螺杆钻具。研制前者的目的,是增大工具的造斜率复盖范围,以提高工具的控制能力,同时减少工具储备量。研制后者的目的,在于改善现有中空转子螺杆钻具的软特性和低效率。

Abstract

This paper mainly presents two special power drills for horizontal wells. They are Model BWSLZ165 screw drill with ground adjustable case and rotor screw drill with steady flow valve. The purposes of the former are to extend the ranges of the drill’s deflecting curvature, and increase its controllability, and reduce the storage of the drill. The purpose for the later is to improve the existing rotor screw drill for high efficiency.
