摘要
振动固井技术,是借鉴建筑行业中混凝土浇注过程中的振动原理而研究的一种新型固井技术,它可从多方面改善固井质量。文中主要介绍了井下脉冲振动发生器的研制、原理及振动固井技术现场应用情况。实践证明,振动固井技术不仅能改善水泥浆的流动性,缩短初终凝和稠化时间,而且能提高水泥石强度,延长油井使用寿命。
Abstract
As a new cementing technique, vibration cementing technique is developed to improve quality of cementing, based on the principle of vibration in concrete placement in construction sector. This paper mainly presents development and principle of downhole pulse vibration. The field application of vibration cementing technique is also discussed. The field application indicates that vibration cementing technique not only improves the flowability of slurry and shorts initial and final setting times as well as hardening time, but also increase hardness of cement and lasts the working life of oil wells.
