大港油田乌深1井设计井深6000m,二开?444.5mm井眼完钻井深2988m,?339.7mm套管下深2983.88m。由于套管尺寸大、下入深、悬重大,引起母接箍变形,上扣不到位;裸眼段长,地层压力系数低,虽采用双级注水泥,但全用普通水泥浆压力也将远超过地层破裂压力。通过采取有针对性的措施,保证了下套管作业和固井施工的顺利进行,固井质量优质,达到了设计要求。
Well Wusheng 1 of Dagang Oilfield is designed to the total depth (TD) of 6000m. The second spudding of ?444.5mm well bore is to the depth of 2980m. ?339.7mm casing is set to the depth of 2983.88mm. The female casing coupling is deformed to make up improperly, due to the big size of casing, deep setting depth and heavy hanging load. Even if two-stage cementing is used, the pressure of common slurry will be greater than formation breakdown pressure, thanks to the long barefoot interval and the low formation pressure factor. After relative measures are used, the run casing operation and cementing job are per formed successfully. The quality of cementing is high and meets requirement of design.
