超低密度高炉矿渣MTC固井液试验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON ULTRALOW DENSITY BLAST-FURNACE SLAG MTC CEMENTING SLURRY
摘要
长庆油田靖安、华池、镇原等地区的低压易漏地层,用1.30~1.50g/cm3低密度水泥浆固井,仍然存在水泥返高不够、固井质量差的问题。利用MTC固井的技术优势,用高炉矿渣、减轻材料漂珠和碱性激活剂设计1.20~1.40g/cm3的超低密度高炉矿渣MTC固井液体系,以解决低压易漏地层的固井质量问题。设计的超低密度矿渣MTC固井液流变性好,体系稳定,稠化时间能满足固井施工要求,在低温和高温下抗压强度高。高炉矿渣激活剂BES-1和BES-2性能良好,能在低温和高温下激活矿渣和漂珠的潜在活性,可提高超低密度矿渣MTC固井液水泥石的抗压强度。
Abstract
The problems of insufficient cement flowback and poor cementing quality still exist, even though the low density of 1.30-1.50 g/cm3 cementing slurry is used in the low pressure formation and thief zone of Jing’an, Hauchi and Zhengyuan areas, Changqing Oilfield. Based on advantages of MTC cementing technique, the ultra-low density of 1.20-1.40 g/cm3 blast-furnace slag MTC cementing slurry system is developed with blast-furnace slag, light weight material of floating balls and alkaline activating agent, to solve the problem of cementing quality in the low pressure formation and thief zone. The developed ultra low density blast-furnace slag MTC cementing slurry possesses good rhelogical properties and stable system. It’s thickening time may meet the requirement of cementing operation. It has high pressure strength both at low temperature and high temperature. The blast-furnace slag activating agents of BES-1 and BES-2 possess good performance, and can activate slag and floating balls both at low temperature and high temperature to increase the pressure strength of ultra-low density slag MTC cementing slurry.
