摘要
从泵示功图入手,研究了漏失故障工况下抽油泵的运动规律,包括固定阀漏失、游动阀漏失和柱塞脱出工作筒三种工况,并建立了数学模型,对抽油机井系统在该故障下运行状况进行了理论探讨,通过仿真结果与实测结果对比,可看出仿真结果基本能够反映出抽油机井在各种故障工况下的特征。可运用给出的仿真数学模型编制成仿真软件,来实现对抽油机井在各种工况下的运动规律的研究。
Abstract
Based on the dynamometer card, this paper studies the kinematic characteristics, such as standing valve leakage, traveling valve leakage, and throw off of plunger from mandrel, presents relevant mathematical models, and probes into the behavior of the pumping well under the failure conditions. The correlation of the simulating and measuring results indicates that the former can basically tell the characteristics of pumping well under various failure conditions. The simulating mathematical models can be compiled to simulation software to realize the study on kinematic characteristics of pumping well under various working conditions.
