摘要

抽油杆是机械采油的重要部件,用柔性(钢丝绳)抽油杆代替常规的D级钢抽油杆,使其在采油工艺中充分发挥强度高、重量轻、表面光滑、不易结蜡等优点,取得减少断脱、提高效率、增加产量的效果。华北油田采油四厂于1997年开始进行柔性抽油杆的研究及现场试验。现场应用5井次表明,该项工艺技术有较好的经济效益和社会效益,但目前还存在着一些问题,经进一步完善后,将有很广阔的应用前景。

Abstract

Research and field test of flexible rod have been performed since 1997 in the fourth Oil Pro ducing Plant, Huabei Oilfield. It has been found that with the advantages of high strength, less weight, smooth surface, difficult for wax to deposit and so on, the flexible (wire line) rod can achieve the effect of re ducing disconnection, improving efficiency and increasing output. Six times of field application indicates that good economic and social benefits will be achieved by using this technology. After having solved some existing problems, it is indeed worth popularizing.
