一次多层压裂封隔器的研制及应用

DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF MULTIPLE LAYER FRACTURING PACKER

通过优化封隔器的滑套尺寸、滑套喷砂体泄液面积、各级解封距、反洗通道等参数及采用双级胶筒密封设计,阐述了研制QHY341新型高压水力压缩式压裂封隔器的结构和原理。QHY341封隔器采用了分体组合、双液缸、双胶筒密封、直连喷砂体的结构设计,具有结构简单、坐封方便、逐级解封载荷轻、反洗通畅、易解卡、耐压差大、一次压裂多层等优点。截至目前已现场实施6口井共9层的压裂,施工均获成功。
By means of optimization of parameters such as packer’s slide-sleeve size, bleed-off area of sand port, packer-release travel of each packing-off, back-flush channel, this paper illustrates the con figuration and mechanism of QHY341 high pressure hydraulic compression fracturing packer. It has the fol lowing configuration features:partial sub-assembly, double liquid cylinders, 2-element packing seal, direct jointing to sand-port, and thus posses the advantages of simple structure, convenient seating and seal ing, small load when conducting step by step packer release, smooth back flush, easy stuck-release, resis tant to large pressure differential, capable of fracturing multiple layers at one operation, etc.. UP to now, the multiple layer fracturing packer has been used successfully for fracturing 9 layers in 6 wells.
