ZDZ型自动定时定量注液器的研制

DEVELOPMENT OF TYPE ZDZ AUTOMATIC TIMING AND RATIONING INJECTOR

根据钻井和采油工艺中,一些工具需要定时定量注液存在的问题,研制成ZDZ型自动定时定量注液器,可解决注液量控制不准、工艺过程复杂等问题。文中介绍了该注液器的结构、工作原理、理论依据和室内试验数据。

In the drilling and production practices, some instrument are needed for timing and rationing injection. Type ZDZ automatic timing and rationing injector is developed to resolve the problems of inaccurate injection control and complicated process. This paper presents the injector’s structure, operating principle, theory and lab test results.
