摘要
从泵示功图入手,从力学角度出发,研究了抽油机井发生气锁、液击和泵下碰时抽油泵的运动规律以及杆柱断脱时断脱点的运动规律,建立了其数学模型,并得到了满意的仿真结果,即仿真结果基本能够反映出抽油机井在各种故障下的特征。进一步的杆柱断脱仿真试验还表明:杆柱断脱位置越靠上,断脱后悬点载荷的振动越严重;井液的粘度越小,杆柱断脱后悬点载荷的振动衰减越慢。运用给出的数学模型编制成仿真软件,便可实现对抽油机井在各种故障工况下的运动规律的研究。
Abstract
Based on the dynamometer card, this paper studies the kinematic characteristics of failure conditions of pumping well, such as gas lock, liquid pounding, pump collision, fracture or dropout of rod and tube, presents relevant mathematical models, and the solutions of which are satisfactory, that is, the simulation results can basically reflects the characteristics of pumping well under various kinds of failure conditions. This paper has provided theoretical basis for further study in this aspect.
