荆一联设备腐蚀的主要类型是氧、硫酸盐还原菌等综合作用引起的金属腐蚀,腐蚀过程中化学反应类型是电化学腐蚀。根据荆一联注水水质对注水设施腐蚀机理的研究而研制出多功能、高效防腐剂,该剂具有缓蚀、杀菌、絮凝作用,利用该剂处理后的污水主要指标达到了标准的要求,缓蚀率达49%以上。
The main corrosion type in Jingyilian is the metal corrosion caused by oxygen, sulfate reducing bacteria and so on, and the chemical reaction type during corrosion is the electrochemical corrosion. Based on the study to the corrosion mechanism of injected water quality on the water injection facilities, a multi-function and high efficient preservative has been developed, which has the actions of corrosion control, sterilization and flocculation. The main technical indexing of the water treated by the preservative has reached the requirements of relevant standards. The corrosion control rate is above 47%.
