热洗井不污染油层抽油管柱的设计及应用

大港油田抽油井的热洗清蜡一直是清蜡的主要方式,它对抽油机井在合理的工作制度下稳产、有效地防止蜡卡、延长油井检泵周期起到了重要作用.随着边远区块低能、低渗油藏的开发,尤其是对无注水能量补充和注水不见效的油井,热洗清蜡易造成压井及洗井液漏入油层,不仅热洗时间长、效率低,而且洗井液污染油层,直接影响油井生产。

This paper describes the main principles of the non-contamination pumping pipe string, that is, use the perforated slip packer and the check valve to separate the cleanout liquid from the formation at certain location at the lower part of the pump, so as to prevent the well cleanout liquid from killing the well and contaminating the oil reservoir.
