活动抽油设备配套工艺技术在岔河集油田的应用

针对岔河集油田进入中后期开发、大量油井因各种原因而长期停产的现状,发展和应用了活动抽油设备配套工艺技术。系统地介绍了活动抽油设备配套工艺技术、现场抽汲施工工艺及注意事项、工艺适应性分析及其应用情况,指出了活动抽油设备配套工艺技术存在的不足及下步工作建议,对油田中后期开发大量停产井的恢复具有重要意义。

Chaheji field has entered into the middle-later development stage, a lot of oil wells have been shut in for a long time for various kinds of reasons. On the basis of this status, the mobile oil pumping equipment matching technology is developed and adopted. This paper systematically introduces this technology, the operation technology, the items needed to be paid attention to, the technology suitability and its application, points out the disadvantage of the technology and improving suggestions. This has a great significance for the reproduction of large amount of shut-in wells at the middle-later development stage.
