摘要
摩阻和摩扭是限制大位移井水平位移的关键问题,优选造斜段曲线可以减小摩阻和摩扭。研究了造斜段曲线的优选问题。提出了一种新的大位移井轨道,即侧位悬链线轨道及其设计方法。计算分析表明:与圆弧、抛物线和悬链线轨道相比,侧位悬链线轨道井眼长度最短,摩阻、摩扭最小,而且不需要圆弧过渡段,给设计和施工带来了方便。文中不仅给出全部计算公式,而且给出计算实例.对现场设计施工具有一定的指导意义。
Abstract
Friction and frictional torque are main restriction factors for horizontal displacement of long reach well. The optimized build up section can reduce both friction and frictional torque. The optimization of build up section was studied and a new design was proposed for a new trajectory of long reach well, i. e. side catenary trajectory. The calculation analysis showed that the side catenary trajectory has the shortest wellbore and minimum friction and frictional torque compared with the circular and hypobolic trajectories, which needn’t any circular transition section and facilitate design and operation. This paper is instructive for field design and operation by providing all the calculation formulas as well as calculation examples.
