影响PDC钻头钻进的因素分析

ANALYSIS OF FACTORS AFFECTED PDC BIT’S DRILLING

采用典型的相关分析方法,利用实际钻进资料对PDC钻头钻进过程进行了系统分析,分别以一般情形、同一地层类型、同地层和同钻头类型进行了相关分析计算,并进行了相关系数检验。由检验结果知,所做3个典型相关分析,均为第一组变量的典型相关系数大于X2检验临界值,即只有第一组典型变量有实际意义,而第二组典型变量无实际意义。分析表明:影响PDC钻头钻进过程的关键因素是钻头与地层的匹配,钻井液密度已成为影响PDC钻头钻进效果的关键措施,这一点与牙轮钻头相反。PDC钻头在正常情况下后损,只与钻头结构本身及地层性质有关,而与钻进措施无关。
The PDC bit’s drilling process was analyzed systematically using typical cor-relation technique and actual drilling data, which made a correlation calculation in groups of general case, similar formation and similar bit type respectively and checked the correlation factors. The result of analysis indicated that match between formation and bit is the key fac-tor affected PDC bit’s drilling and drilling fluid density is the key measures for the drilling result of PDC bit, which is just on contrary with roller bit. Under normal condition, PDC bit’s wear depends only on bit structure and formation property other than drilling measures.
