MULTI-INTERVAL FRACTURING TECHNIQUE IN HORIZONTAL WELL OF DAQING OIL FIELD

水平井多段压裂技术包括套管分流压裂和双封隔器单卡压裂两种方法。介绍了两种方法的工艺原理、设计原则、工具系统的考虑因囊等,并对3口升的应用效果进行了分析。试验证明会管分流压裂施工安全,可大排量高砂比施工地产效果明显,是水平井压裂的首选方法。该技术的特点是在制定完并方案的同时确定出压裂方案,它要求在校长的井段内一次安全完成多个层段压裂施工。双封隔器单卡压裂做为一种储备技术,主要用于开来后期的挖潜。
Multi-interval fracturlng techn[que in horizontal well includes two methods:casing distributary fracturing and double-packer-single-stlcking fracturing. This paper introduces the technical principle, design principle, consideration factors of tools systems of these two methods, analyzes the applicatlon effect of them ln three wells. The test shows that casing distributary fracturing is safe in construction, can be carried out in large displace-ment and high sand ratio. can increase productivity 1argely, and is the optimum fracturlng method for horizontal well. The characteristics of this technique is to determine the fractur-ing project at the same time of compiling completion project, it requires that several intervals are fractured safely at one tlrne in a longer well interval. As one of the standby techniques,double-packer-single-sticking fracturlng is mainly used for potentiallties tapping at latter stage of exploltation.
