摘要

针对原有井底密封式内管注水泥器存在的问题,为防止密封失效,提高施工安全可靠性及国井质量,研制了TN-Ⅲ型内管注水泥器。该工具将密封部位由井底移至井口,适用于各种规格的大直径套管固井。TN-Ⅲ型内管注水泥器获得国家专利(专利号95213958.8),并应用于现场实施3口井,均取得了较好的效果。

Abstract

The TN-Ⅲ inner pipe cementing device was developed to prevent seal part from failure and improve secure reliability of operation and cement quality, in the light of the existing problems of original bottom hole sealed inner pipe cementing device. The device can move the seal part from the bottom hole to the wellhead. It can be applied in well cementing with various large diameter casings. The TN-III inner pipe was patented nationally(Patent Number:95213958. 8) and used in 3 wells with good results.
