水平井清砂十分困难,早期防砂是水平开采油必不可少的措施。SPDS型丢手工具是为配合水平井机械防砂而研制的,是防砂管柱的关键工具之一。介绍了SPDS-120和SPDS-114两种型号丢手工具的结构设计、工作原理,重点介绍了SPDS-114型丢手工具的结构、特点及相关设计计算。SPDS丢手工具具有结构简单、操作方便、压差控制稳定等特点。该工具的设计可为其它水平井相关工具的设计及工具优化设计提供参考。

It is very difficult to remove sand from horizontal wells, therefore, sand control at early production stage is extremely important. This paper introduced one of the key tools in sand control strings, model SPDS sand control releasing tool. This paper introduced the structural design and working mechanism of SPDS-120 and SPDS-114 releasing tools,especially the structure, characteristics and relevant design calculation of SPDS-114. Both SPDS releasing tools are controlled by shear pins and locking segments, adopt the form of hydraulic releasing, and have the characteristics of simple structure, convenient operation,stable controlling pressure differential and so on. The design of the tool can provide references for the optimizing design of relevant tools for using in other horizontal wells.
