地层自然造斜能力在定向钻井中的应用

APPLICATION OF FORMATION NATURAL DEFLECTING FORCE IN DIRECTIONAL DRILLING

地层自然造斜规律和造斜能力是定向井井眼轨迹控制和直井防斜打直的基本地质依据。文中从钻柱力学的基本原理着手,分析了钻头与地层的相互作用,建立了地层自然造斜能力的力学模型,利用江苏油田桥河口地区的实际资料,对桥河口地区的地层各向异性指数、地层造斜系数和方位漂移系数进行了计算,并根据计算结果设计了新的钻具结构。
The formation natural deflecting law and force are the basic geological foundation for the well trajectory control in directional wells and deflecting-protection in vertical wells. Starting with the basic principle of drilling string mechanics, this paper analyzed the interaction between the bit and formation, set up the mechanics model of the formation natural deflecting force, calculated the anisotropy index, deflecting coefficient of the formation and orientation drift factor in Qiaohekou area by using the real data of Qiaohekou in Jiangsu oilfield, and designed new drilling tool structure with the results.
