摘要
机采井特别是电泵井井下压力监测一直是一个难点。毛细管测压系统作为泵下测压的一种方法,文中简要地介绍了其原理、组成及安装方法。毛细管测压系统利用惰性气体作为传压介质,稳压筒下入井下测压点处,没有易损元件;稳压筒内惰性气体压力与稳压筒外井液的压力相等,通过毛细管内的惰性气体将稳压筒内惰性气体的压力传递到地面上来,在地面上直接读出惰性气体压力值与毛细管内气体柱压力之和即为测压点处井液的压力。由于这些特点,毛细管测压系统在使用时无深度限制,可以不受时间限制连续地测取井下压力。
Abstract
It kept being a problem to monitor the downhole pressure in mechanical oilrecovery wells, esp. in wells with electric pumps. The pressure measurement system with capillary tubingwas regarded as a method of pressure measurement under pump, its principle, composition and the way of installation were introduced in brief. Inert gases were used as pressure transmitting medium by the system. There is no easy-damage component because the pressure chamber was run to the pressure measurement point. The pressure of inert gases inside the pressure chamber is equal to the pressure of well fluid outside the barrel,it was transmitted onto the surface by the inert gases inside capillary. So the pressure of well fluid at the pressure measurement point is the sum of the pressure of inert gases which can be read directly from the surface and the pressure of gases inside capillary tubing. Because of these characteristics, the pressure measurement system with capillary tubing can be used without depth limit and can measure the downhole pressure continuously without time limit.
