摘要
传统管柱设计中,只校核油、套管螺纹的连接强度,而忽视螺纹泄漏抗力的校核,使一些油、气井因泄漏而导致失效。文中结合API螺纹密封的特点和影响因素,论述了油、套管螺纹泄漏抗力的确定方法及螺纹形式的选择,以供管柱设计时参考。
Abstract
In traditional design of string pipe, the examination is conducted only upon the connection strength of threeds of tubing and casing and the check on leakage resistance of threads is neglected that may lead to the failure of some oil and gas productive wells by the reason of thread leak off. In reference of the characteristics and influencing factors of the thread seal, this paper studied the determination method of leak off resistance of tubing and casing threads and the selection of thread type for design job of string pipe.
