摘要
针对电阻应变式栽行传感器在在的漂移严重、稳定性差等问题,应用电磁感应测量技术,研制出能与各种动力仪配套使用的新型电磁感应载荷传感器。介绍了该传感器的基本原理、结构设计及其性能试验。现场试验及应用表明,该传感器具有性能稳定、数据准确可靠、适应性强、结构设计合理、制作工艺简单等特点,克服了电阻应变式载荷传感器的缺声、,为提高抽油机井示功图测试精度提供了条件。
Abstract
Due to serious swift and instability remained in the electric resistance strain load cell, a new kind of electromagnetic induction load cell was developed based on electro magnetic measurement principles and the new one can be equipped with all kinds of dynamometers. This paper introduces its principal mechanism, structure design and performance test. The field results show that the new load cell has better stability, high accuracy and strong suitability for field use. It also has the features of reasonable structure and simple manufacture process- It supplies a method to accurately measure beam pumping dynamometer cards.
