双层组合套管内填充液体介质的力学分析

对双层组合套管内填充液体介质进行了力学分析,导出了该介质压力传递系数的具体表达式。分析了组合套管内壁等效应力随液体体积弹性模量K的变化规律,同时还分析了K=1.7×103MPa时,组合套管内壁等效应力随外压Pw的变化规律,为研究组合套管环空介质及预防套管破坏提供了重要的理论依据。
A mechanical analysis on liquid medium filled in double-layer combined casing was conducted. An expressing equation of pressure transfer coefficient of the medium was deduced. The alteratlon law of the equivalent stresses on the inside wall of the combined casing with the elastic module of the volume of the liquid K and with the external pressure Pw when K=7.7×10-3 MPa were also analyzed. Therefore a theoretical basis was created for study on annular medium of the combined casing and the damage prevention of the casing.
