DRILLING TECHNOLOGY OF SHW-01 DEEP HORIZONTAL WELL

新疆石西油田第一口水平井──SHW01水平井,φ339.7mm表层会管下深500m,φ244.5mm技术套管下深4013.37m。三开用φ216mm钻头,第一次在井深4060m造斜钻至4390.18m(井外角69°)卡钻,经多次处理无效,注水泥封固。第二次在4066.21m侧钻,用双弯和单弯螺杆钻具增斜,于4472.05m(井斜角88°)进入水平段。后用转盘钻、单稳定器钻具钻进,于4484.70m进入水平段窗口,并较好地控制了稳平钻进,因冬季施工和井下情况复杂,为确保安全提前完钻。完钻井深4800.10m,垂深4385.20m,开封角90.3°,闭合方位7.06°,水平位移550.33m,采用φ177.8mm×4288.43m+φ139.7mm×503.67m复合油层套管,油层段为打孔套管和普通套管相间的结构完井。
The first deep horizontal well SHW-01 well was drilled in Shixi reservoir, Xinjiang Oilfield with a final true depth of 4 800.10m, the vertical depth 4 385.20m, deviation 90.3°, closed azimuth 7.06° and displacement 550.33m. 339.7mm surface casing of the well was set at 500m, φ244.5mm intermediate casing strings was set at φ216mm hole drilling was performed, at first deflecting at a depth of 4 060m, stuck at 4 390.18m (deviation angle: 69°), and the well had to be cemented after ineffective treatments. Then sidetracked at 4 066.21m, employed Dyna-drill with double or single Bend Sub to increase the hole angle, and entered the horizontal section at a depth of 4 472.05m (deviation angle:88°). Finally run into the window of horizontal section with surface rotation and single stabilizer drill at a depth of 4 484.70m, while steadily drilling was kept well. Because of the wlnter drilling and complexity of downhole, the well was completed ahead of time for assurance of safety. The combined production casing of φ177.8mm×4 288.43m+φ139.7mm×503.67m were used, the hydrocarbon reservoir was completed with the structure of ported casing alternated with conventional casing.
