摘要

钻井工程是一个涉及多学科,需多方面协作的系统工程。文中详细介绍了在开发一个被探明的新油田时,为满足油田长期开采的需要,保证开发钻井过程安全、优质、高效,根据地质情况、开发要求,编制可行性强、风险性小的开发钻井总体方案的编写原则、内容以及方案实施与完善的要求,并分析了吐哈油田编制与实施总体方案所取得的效果。

Abstract

The principles, contents and key points of rig-site application of compiling an applicable and risk-mitigated overall drilling development project were recommended in order to meet the requirements of safe and efficient realization of the drilling project and the reservoir long term exploitation aim in a newly discovered oil field. The effect obtained in compiling and application of the overall drilling development project in Tuha Oilfield was also analyzed.
