CEMENTING TECHNIQUE IN GAS FIELD IN CENTRAL AREA SHANGANNING BASIN

陕甘宁盆地地层破裂压力低、油气层分散、气层任和裸眼段长、膏盐层厚,封固井段长,增加了固井作业的难度。1992年以来,完成了提高地层承压能力的封固技术、钻井液处理技术、适合气田固井特点的水泥浆设计技术及其它综合工艺技术的研究和攻关,形成了一整套适合本地区地层特点的配套固井技术,固井质量稳步提高。声幅段优质率由1992年的28.50%提高到1996年的84.20%;合格率由1992年的59.30%提高到1996年的93.70%。
Surplus of difficulties were presented in cementing operations in Shanganning Basin because of low fracture pressure gradient of formations, scattered distribution of bearing formations, long interval of gas formations and open hole section. A series of cementing techniques specially developed to feet the local particularity like cementing in high pressure formatlons, drilling fluid treatment techniques. cement slurry design were accomplished by joint efforts of the oil field and Southwest Petroleum Institute that guided to a much improved cementing quality.
