摘要
在三牙轮钻头上,依据自振射流原理、水力辅助破岩原理和井底漫流场理论设计的一种新型的定向式风琴管自激振动射流喷嘴,提高了射流辅助破岩的能力,改善了井底漫流场,使清岩和破岩效率大幅度提高。8只钻头在河南双河油田和下二门油田的现场应用(相同的地层、相同的钻井机泵设备和相同的钻井施工水平)中,与其它类型钻头相比,单只钻头提高进尺20%以上、机械钻速15%以上,取得直接经济效益1.1万元,具有良好的应用前景。
Abstract
A new self-irritating orientation jet nuzzles of organ pipe type designed according to the principle of self irritating fluids, the principle of hydraulic auxilinry rock breaking and the principle of cross flow on the bottom that work on the three r0ller bit elevated the capability of auxiliary effect of rock breaking of the fluids, improved the cross flow field on the bottom and greatly enhanced the cutting cleaning and rock-breaking efficiency.The rig-site practices of 8 such bits in Shuanghe and Xia’ermeng reservoirs, Henan Oil field proved that the footage of a single bit was enhanced by 20% and the penetration rate by 15% that led to a direct economical benefits of eleven thousands yuan. The results opened a prosperous future for extensive application of this techniques.
