针对目前钟摆钻具和满眼钻具在大倾角地层、自然造斜力较强地区,其防、纠斜效果不尽人意的现实,提出了一种新型铰接式直井防、纠斜钻具,建立了该钻具组合的力学模型,阐述了其防、纠斜机理。详细分析了若干钻具结构参数和钻井参数对钻头侧向力的影响,并将其钻头侧向降斜力与钟摆钻具加以对比。通过现场试验表明,该钻具组合在大倾角硬地层正常加压快速纠斜钻进中,降斜效果明显,机械钻速达到了正常钻进速度,为易斜区防斜打直提供了一种新的钻具组合类型,发展了防斜钻井技术,对加速油田勘探开发具有重要意义。
A new hinge type bottom hole assembly used in straight well for well inclining prevention and hole straightening was put forward account to the fact that the actual pendulum and packed drill assemblies were not satisfactory for inclining prevention and hole straightening in formations with strong natural deflecting build up capacity. Meanwhile a mechanical model of this kind of bottom hole assembly was set up and its mechanism of inclining prevention and hole straightening was described. The influences of structural parameters of the bottom hole assembly and drilling technological indices on bit lateral force were also analyzed in detail and a comparison of bit lateral deflecting decreasing fOrce of this drill assembly with pendulum assembly was done. The rig-site applications revealed that the deflecting decreasing effect of this assembly was evident when it was used fast deflecting rectifying with normal drilling weight and the penetration rate approached to the normal case.
